Chairman, CEO and Managing Director of Green Acres Investment, LLC (USA) and Green Acres Business Systems, Ltd (NIG).
Sam has an extensive background in real estate and real estate investing. With Sam at helm of Green Acres, several developments and luxurious single-family homes have been built in the States of Massachusetts as indicated below. Being able to see the complexity involved in the market qualifies him as a successful real estate investor.
He is also the Managing Business Partner and CFO for SOS Consulting Services which he founded in 2006. SOS Consulting Services provides tiered business and financial services to early stage and middle market companies in key areas such as Tax planning and preparation of Federal and state business and personal income taxes, CFO, Controller, or Accountant. He worked with several Venture-backed and traditional growth companies such as RSA, Open Market, Serono Biopharmaceutical New England Medical Care, Carbonite, Classic Smiles LLC, VI Laboratories – VP of Finance & Admin, Rockport Technology Group Inc. etc. to set up financial infrastructures, formulate and execute financing strategy, and offer in-depth hands-on experience. He has also worked on several fundraising, legal, mergers and acquisition, contracts, and System integrations.

Mr. Kalu is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1982), and holds a master’s degree in public administration from the same University (1985). He has attended several courses and obtained Certifications in various areas even outside his area of expertise both within and internationally.
He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, a member of Nigerian Institute of Bankers, Member Nigerian Institute of Directors and several other professional bodies.
He is well seasoned in financial management, Business risk management and assessment. He is a well renowned strategic business, economic and financial advisor and a multifaceted capital fund raiser. An astute banker whose banking experience spans well over three decades. He left Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited as an Executive Director in charge of Consumer Banking, Treasury and Financial Institutions.
He is presently the Managing Director of South Globe Ltd, (Trade Logistics & Invoice settlement) and the Chairman of the Board of various Companies including Chukelad Farms Ltd and FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc.
Isaac K Alofoje
